Payment & Instalment Policy
of SoulRise Global
Last updated: 28 June 2026
A practical guide to deposits, balances, instalments and invoices.
Relationship with the Terms of Service
- This Policy forms part of and should be read together with the SoulRise Global Terms and Conditions of Service.
- If there is any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions of Service prevail.
- Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Purpose and scope
This Payment & Instalment Policy explains how payments are handled for paid SoulRise Global coaching, mentoring and themed programmes. It applies to bookings made through the Website or confirmed directly in writing.
2. Prices and booking summary
Before a paid booking is submitted, the booking process shows the total programme price, the required deposit and the remaining balance. Prices are stated in euros and, for consumer Clients, include VAT where applicable unless expressly indicated otherwise.
The free introductory call does not require a deposit or payment.
3. Required deposit and booking confirmation
A fixed deposit is required for paid programmes unless otherwise stated during booking. The deposit forms part of the total programme price and is deducted from the remaining balance; it is not an additional charge.
Submission of the booking form provisionally reserves the selected appointment. The booking becomes final only when SoulRise Global has received and confirmed the required deposit.
The deposit must be received within 24 hours after submission of the booking. If it is not received within that period, SoulRise Global may release the provisional appointment. Appointments requested less than seven days in advance must be arranged directly and remain subject to availability and written confirmation.
4. Payment preference
For a paid programme, the Client must enter one of the following choices in the Comments field during booking:
- Pay the remaining balance in full
- Pay the remaining balance in instalments
For the free introductory call, enter: N/A (not applicable).
A requested change to the selected payment preference is valid only after written confirmation by SoulRise Global and must be requested before the next payment becomes due.
5. Payment in full
For six-session and twelve-session programmes, the full outstanding balance must be received no later than seven days before the third session.
For Themed Labs, one-off services or services with another structure, the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline shown during booking or communicated in writing.
6. Instalment schedules
The required deposit is paid first and deducted from the full programme price. The remaining balance may then be paid according to the schedule below.
| Programme | Remaining balance | Payment deadlines |
|---|---|---|
| Six-session programme | Two equal instalments |
1st: at least 7 days before session 3 2nd: at least 7 days before session 5 |
| Twelve-session programme | Three equal instalments |
1st: at least 7 days before session 3 2nd: at least 7 days before session 6 3rd: at least 7 days before session 9 |
An instalment plan changes only the timing of payment. It does not reduce the total programme price or divide the programme into separate contracts.
7. Payment methods and reference
Payments must be made by bank transfer or PayPal unless another method is expressly confirmed in writing. Payment details are displayed on the booking confirmation screen or provided in booking correspondence.
Always use the booking or order number as the payment reference. Each payment must be initiated by the Client; SoulRise Global does not automatically debit a bank or PayPal account.
8. Late or missed payments
If a deposit, balance or instalment is overdue, upcoming sessions may be paused or postponed and additional sessions may remain unscheduled until the payment has been received. Any replacement appointment remains subject to availability.
SoulRise Global will normally contact the Client before taking further action. A temporary pause does not itself cancel the programme or determine whether an outstanding amount remains payable.
9. Cancellations, missed sessions and refunds
Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
A session cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before its scheduled start, or missed without notice, is considered used, remains payable and is non-refundable, unless SoulRise Global expressly accepts exceptional circumstances in writing.
Refunds, credits or alternative arrangements for unused future sessions are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Service, the applicable offer, any written agreement and mandatory consumer law.
10. Payment confirmations, receipts and invoices
For private Clients, a final payment summary, receipt or invoice may be requested at the end of the programme. When payment is made in instalments, a payment confirmation may also be requested after each payment.
Where an invoice is required by law, including for applicable business-to-business transactions, it will be issued at the legally required time and in the required format. Business Clients must provide complete and accurate invoicing details, including any information needed for structured electronic invoicing.
11. Payment errors and overpayments
Contact SoulRise Global promptly if a payment was made without the correct reference, an incorrect amount was transferred, a duplicate payment was made or an expected payment confirmation was not received. A verified overpayment will be refunded or credited against the remaining programme balance.
12. Questions and contact
